Project Activities
The Project Work Plan is organised in three main technical areas plus one covering the Project Management
Support to State Action Plan
The main focus of the Project is to assist Asian Member States in implementing CORSIA as per ICAO SARPs, to enable VB capabilities in the region and to promote joining voluntary phase of CORSIA.
A core objective of EU - SEA CCCA CORSIA Project is to assist Asian Member States in issuing a first State Action Plan (SAP) and to support them in updating and upgrading the 2nd and 3rd versions of the SAP.
The Project is also assisting ASEAN Member States in developing their IT capabilities in support to State Action Plan and implementation of CORSIA.
Project Management
The area of Project Management relates to all those activities not related to technical areas but to the organization, coordination and management of the project. The Project Steering Committee and the Project Management Board are the main activities in this regard.
